When you decided to get into multifamily, you likely had a number in mind in terms of an expected annual return target and cash-on-cash return.
Whatever your predefined target is, you need to use all the information you have along with solid assumptions and put them in your model. From there, you are ready to back-solve for what you believe the valuation for the property should be based on the IRR and cash-on-cash targets.
